When an unscrupulous resident moved a mobile home in against Deed Restrictions, residents rallied to prevent it. They spent their own money and time to hire a lawyer to do this. This was initiated and coordinated by a small group of concerned residents that are now working diligently to keep the momentum going.

Thanks to Alisa's dedication and extra efforts, we will now have speed warning signs placed in various areas throughout the neighborhood. They will come and go and be moved around. Along with stepped-up patrols, speeding will be reduced and our kids will be safer.

In the meantime, several businesses have been contacted and a couple are beginning to make arrangements to comply with the Deed Restrictions they agreed to when they purchased their property. Member contacted C. Riley's office to get the huge potholes on Saxons Way filled. The holes had been there for over a month. One call from Civic Club member and it was done.
When debris and cut trees clogged a drainage creek causing decreased flow and increased flood risk, a Civic Club member called Pct. 2 C. Riley's office and again... magic. Cleaned and flowing better now!
New Signs informing residents and potential residents about deed restrictions were bought and installed by individual Committee Member/Resident.
