 We are happy to announce the new Clear Creek Forest Section 10 Civic Association (not a POA or a HOA) which is a voluntary organization and involves a yearly membership fee. The cost will help with operating expenses for the organization. It was created by a group of concerned residents who live in CCF10 and are working together to keep the community a harmonious and safe environment while protecting property values. Created to enforce Deed Restrictions, we will also facilitate in contacting government entities to assist in environmental issues, road repairs, culverts, county signage and maintenance needed in keeping our neighborhood a safe environment. Clear Creek Forest Section 10 is a Deed Restricted Community.  For those interested in joining, please review the bylaws and submit your application to CCFSECTION10@MAIL.COM. 

 Several years ago, a  group of concerned residents rallied when a neighbor attempted to bring a trailer into our Deed Restricted Community. Each resident contributed to fight for their home values and won. The trailer was removed. Since then, a few have continued to remind people of the restrictions, including realtors that refused to notify prospective buyers of the restrictions. They also have contacted appropriate officials for repairs, bought signs, sent letters and recently, assisted fellow neighbors in their time of need following illness or death. All this was at their own expense and time. 

This group decided that the fast  growth requires more help and unfortunately, money. Recently, after several tumultuous meetings and months, the Association was formed. Legally and officially. Since then, several residents asked for help with road repairs, ditch clearing, assistance with property tax, permit and other issues. While they don't do it for them, they offer assistance, contacts and their own time to sort out these issues. Now that things are established and organized, membership drives and accepting of members will begin.
